ArmInfo.  Yesterday's statements by Aliyev's lawyer once again prove that this lawyer, who is also the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia, is at a loss for words and  doesn't know what else to do to reach the heart of Azerbaijan.  Azerbaijan expert Tatevik Hayrapetyan writes about this on her  Facebook page.

ArmInfo.  Davit Ishkhanyan, the former Speaker of the Artsakh Parliament currently being held in  Baku prison, has issued another message from detention. In it, he  draws public attention to the fact that his defense attorneys have  still not been provided with the formal indictment, case summary, or  the verdict.

ArmInfo. On June 7, the Baku Court of Appeals continued its "hearing" the appeals filed by illegally detained Armenian prisoners of war, as reported by  Azerbaijani media.

ArmInfo. The leader of the "Prosperous Armenia" party, businessman Gagik Tsarukyan, whose house had been searched since early morning, has been detained, and a motion for his arrest will be filed with the court. This was announced on July 6 by one of his lawyers, Yerem Sargsyan, while speaking to journalists in front of the businessman's house.

ArmInfo.The actions taken by Armenian law enforcement against Gagik Tsarukyan, leader of the Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP) and businessman, are a manifestation of political vendetta and have nothing to do with the law.

ArmInfo. . After an hour of waiting, lawyers were allowed into the home of Prosperous Armenia Party leader and businessman Gagik Tsarukyan, where law enforcement  is currently conducting searches. This was reported to journalists by  Tsarukyan's press secretary, Iveta Tonoyan, on July 6.

ArmInfo.  The lawyers for the family of former Yerevan Mayor and former Minister of Transport and Communications Gagik Khachatryan issued a statement expressing  concern about the political persecution of Khachatryan and his family  members, which, they say, gained momentum just two days before the  upcoming National Assembly elections and continues to this day.

ArmInfo. Ellen Samyn, a member of the House of Representatives of the Belgian Federal Parliament, raised the issue of the legal aspects of the arrest of Avetik  Chalabyan, coordinator of the "Hayakve" movement, in Armenia.

ArmInfo.The current pro-Turkish regime in Armenia, having exhausted its civilized means of struggle, has resorted to mass repressions against national  figures. This was reported by Avetik Chalabyan, coordinator of the "Hayakve" movement, from the penitentiary institution.

The Court of Cassation of Armenia has refused to accept a complaint filed by Prosecutor General Anna Vardapetyan regarding a case involving the  detention of clergy from the Aragatsotn Diocese of the Armenian  Apostolic Church (AAC), obstruction of lawyers' activities, and   concealment of the detention of the head of the diocese, Bishop  Mkrtich Proshyan.

ArmInfo. Constitutional lawyers have confirmed that Nikol Pashinyan's ruling Civil Contract party lacks the necessary parliamentary mandates to hold a referendum on constitutional amendments in Armenia. Narek Karapetyan, a board member of the Strong Armenia bloc, made this statement in a video  message posted on his Facebook page.

ArmInfo.  A public criminal prosecution has been initiated against Artem Khachatryan, the son of former Finance Minister and former Chairman of the State Revenue Committee Gagik Khachatryan. According to Armenian media, this was stated in a statement by Gagik Khachatryan's legal team.

ArmInfo.  Gohar Meloyan, a member of the Strong Armenia bloc and a legal expert, has presented the main violations recorded by her team in the run-up to and during the regular parliamentary elections in Armenia on June 7.

ArmInfo. The legal team of the Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP) intends to file a lawsuit against the Public Television of Armenia (PTA) for spreading slander and offensive statements against the party's leader, Gagik Tsarukyan. PAP spokesperson Iveta Tonoyan announced this at a press conference in  Yerevan on May 25.

ArmInfo.  A new report by the International Commission of Jurists (ICJ) found that the trials of Artsakh leaders in Baku "fell short of the guarantees of fairness and equality of arms required under international human rights law".
