Sasna Tsrer members Pavlik Manukuyan and Hovhaness Haroutiunyan  transferred to Erebuni Medical Center 

ArmInfo.Members of Sasna Tsrer - a group that seized a police compound in Yerevan earlier in July demanding resignation of the president -  Pavlik Manukyan and Hovhanness Haroutiunyan have been transferred to Erebuni Medical Center where they will be operated on. 

Earlier, Manukyan's lawyer said her client needs a second surgery,  but he is kept at the hospital for defendants where the conditions  are to put it mildly not satisfactory. The first surgery was on  August 19.  Hovhaness Haroutiunyan's lawyer says her client does not  receive the necessary medical treatment and is not operated on for  some unknown reasons. Afterwards, the human rights defender and the  medics of the Erebuni Medical Center visited him and said that the  surgery is possible only after wounds have skinned over. 

Both the arrestees are charged with Article 235.3 (Illegal  procurement, transportation or carrying of weapons, ammunition,  explosives or explosive devices) and Article 219.3.1 (Article 219.  Occupation of buildings, facilities, means of transportation or  communication) of the Criminal Code of Armenia.
