ArmInfo. Gagik Tsarukyan, leader of the Prosperous Armenia Party, denied reports of party members being detained on suspicion of distributing election bribes. He stated this on May 28 during a conversation with journalists during the election campaign in Aparan.
"This is not true. This cannot happen; it is out of the question," the politician said, emphasizing that he considers the case fabricated, and that his associates are aware of this.
Yesterday, Armenian media, citing the Anti-Corruption Committee, reported the arrest of 10 people for distributing and receiving election bribes.
