RA Anti-Corruption Committee reports of new cases of bribery

ArmInfo. The Anti-Corruption Committee of Armenia reports the discovery of new cases of bribery.

"As a result of investigative measures conducted by the  Anti-Corruption Committee of the Republic of Armenia, evidence was  obtained indicating that the territorial representative of the Strong  Armenia party in the Goris community of Syunik Province promised and  provided electoral bribes to a number of voters in the community in  exchange for voting for the party," the statement reads.

The Anti-Corruption Committee has opened a criminal investigation  into this incident, and searches and other procedural actions have  been conducted.
