RA NA declares recess due to lack of quorum

ArmInfo The National Assembly of Armenia has declared a recess due to a lack of quorum.

Out of 107 members, only four parliamentarians have registered. NA  Vice Speaker Hakob Arshakyan was forced to declare a four-hour  recess. If the required number of votes is not secured within this  period, the session will be cancelled.

The previous day, the NA Council approved an agenda consisting of  thirty-five items.
