A bus belonging to the RA Ministry of Internal Affairs, traveling from Yerevan to the Lori region to ensure public order during the internal party campaign of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and his allies from the ruling Civil Contract party, was involved in a traffic accident. The Ministry of Internal Affairs press service reported the incident.
According to the source, the accident took place on April 11 at approximately 7:50 AM on the Kuchak-Aparan highway, where a Honda bus carrying police officers collided with a Nissan. According to preliminary reports, one person died in the crash, and 12 others sought medical attention.
A criminal investigation has been launched into the accident.
