ArmInfo.The European Union is not exerting sufficient pressure on Azerbaijan to secure the release of Armenian captives, as stated by Armen Ishkhanyan, son of  the former Chairman of the National Assembly of Artsakh, David  Ishkhanyan, during a conference in Brussels titled " Armenian  Prisoners in Azerbaijan and the Imperative of European Union  Engagement".

ArmInfo. Employees of the "MultiStone" enterprise in Abovyan have once again taken to the streets to demand the protection of their right to work. Their  attempts to obtain clarification from authorized government bodies  regarding the future of the company have proven fruitless, leaving  the staff in uncertainty for the past 10 days.

ArmInfo.  What saddens me most these days is that at all the enterprises associated with my name, people have lost the opportunity to go to work and earn a living.  This statement was made by Gagik Tsarukyan, leader of the Prosperous  Armenia Party, a well-known entrepreneur and philanthropist who is  currently in prison.

ArmInfo.  The Shirak Regional Court of General Jurisdiction has convicted investigative journalist Lilit Aghekyan. The defense intends to appeal the verdict. This was  announced by the journalist's lawyer, Zaruhi Postanjyan. "On July 14,  2026, Judge Varsenik Melkonyan of the First Instance Court of General  Jurisdiction of the Shirak Region of the Republic of Armenia  convicted investigative journalist Lilit Aghekyan.

ArmInfo.  The seizure of horses and pheasants from the mansion of Gagik Tsarukyan, the leader of the Prosperous Armenia Party and businessman who is under arrest, has  been postponed for unknown reasons. This was stated by Hovhannes  Vardanyan, one of Tsarukyan's lawyers, in a conversation with  journalists outside the businessman's home on July 14.

ArmInfo.  On the instruction of Human Rights Defender Anahit Manasyan, staff from her  office visited the Abovyan Penitentiary of the Ministry of Justice,  where they held meetings with several individuals, including Aregnaz  Manukyan, a member of the 8th convocation of National Assembly of  Armenia and a board member of the "Mother Armenia" party.

ArmInfo.  The Investigative Committee received instructions to "fabricate" a case against Mother Armenia party board member Aregnaz Manukyan and has carried out the order. This was stated in a statement by Mother Armenia party leader Andranik Tevanyan, who is incarcerated at the Yerevan-Kentron  Penitentiary, published on the party's Facebook page.

ArmInfo.  Emin Khachatryan, the lawyer for businessman Gagik Tsarukyan and leader of the Prosperous Armenia Party, presented details of his client's case.

ArmInfo.  Female deputies of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia from opposition factions have issued a joint statement expressing their support for Aregnaz Manukyan, a member of the "Mother Armenia" party, and her family.

ArmInfo. Former National Assembly member Naira Zohrabyan considers the criminal proceedings against Armen Ashotyan, Republican Party Vice Chairman, politically motivated. She made these remarks to reporters on July 10 at the Anti-Corruption Court, where hearings regarding Ashotyan's case are  currently underway.

ArmInfo.  "Our country, before our eyes, with our tacit consent, has turned into a dictatorship," Mane Tandilyan, co-founder of the "Country for Life" party, wrote on  her Facebook page.

ArmInfo.  Prosecutors handling corruption cases have referred 43 criminal cases related to election crimes to the courts, according to a statement from the supervisory  body.

ArmInfo. Samvel Karapetyan's "Strong Armenia" bloc sharply criticized the arrest of Mother Armenia party political council member and former Armenian parliament member  Areknaz Manukyan, calling it political persecution.

ArmInfo. The current legal system in Armenia pursues political persecution of regime opponents, not justice. This is stated in a statement by the Mother Armenia  party.

ArmInfo. Narek Karapetyan, a board member of the "Strong Armenia" party, stated on July 9 that he was not formally notified of the criminal case against him, having learned of its existence through media reports.

ArmInfo. Following a series of comprehensive operational and investigative measures, the State Revenue Committee (SRC) of Armenia has uncovered a case of large- scale tax evasion. 

ArmInfo.  Gagik Tsarukyan, leader of the Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP), who was detained days earlier and is a prominent businessman, stated that a clearly false and  fabricated criminal case has been brought against him. This is stated  in his statement, published from the Yerevan-Kentron Penitentiary.

ArmInfo. Early this morning, law enforcement officers entered the apartment of Mother Armenia party member and candidate for the RA National Assembly Aregnaz Manukyan.  This was reported by Manuk Sukiasyan, head of the party's faction in  the Yerevan Council of Elders, adding that Aregnaz Manukyan was  presumably detained.

ArmInfo.As a result of the actions of Armenian law enforcement, the animals from the private zoo of businessman Gagik Tsarukyan, leader of the Prosperous Armenia Party, are facing potential starvation, as reported by Narine Kirakosyan, founder of the "Eco-Media" NGO.

ArmInfo.  The Iranian side regrets that the implementation of the Armenian-Iranian trade center project was not successful. Iranian Ambassador to Armenia Khalil  Shirgolami stated this at a press conference in Yerevan on July 8,  when asked if he had any details regarding the criminal case in which  businessman Gagik Tsarukyan, leader of the Prosperous Armenia Party,  was detained in Armenia.
