Stabbing in Vardenis, one arrested 

ArmInfo. The Investigative Committee of Armenia reports the arrest of one person in connection with a criminal case opened in connection with a stabbing at a military unit of the Armenian Ministry of Defense.

"As part of the criminal investigation into the bodily injury  inflicted on a reservist called up for military training, one person,  also participating in the reservist training, has been detained.  Measures are being taken to clarify all the circumstances of the  incident," Kima Avdalyan, press secretary of the Investigative  Committee (IC), reported on her Facebook page.

As a reminder, media outlets previously reported that a dispute  between reservists during military exercises in Vardenis escalated  into a stabbing. Three reservists were stabbed and taken to the  hospital. Their lives are reportedly not in danger.
