Armenian Interior Ministry releases details of  Parakar incident

Ministry of Internal Affairs spokesperson  told journalists, presenting details of the murder committed in   Merdzavan village of  the Armavir region.  He recalled that  businessman Artsrun Galstyan was also wounded in the incident, but he  has already undergone surgery and his life is not in danger.

According to Sargsyan, the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs  is currently at the Vagharshapat police department, and large-scale  investigative measures are being conducted at the scene to clarify  the circumstances of the crime. "Currently, surveillance footage is  being reviewed, and exiting and entering vehicles are being  inspected. In other words, extensive investigative measures are being  conducted, including interviews with various individuals," the  Ministry of Internal Affairs spokesperson noted.  The Armenian  Ministry of Internal Affairs representative stated that it is too  early to  speak definitely on the cause of the murder, noting that  all the theories put forward are being considered. However, the  police's primary concern is uncovering all the circumstances of the  case.  "If the investigation reveals that the incident could have  been prevented in any way, the officials will  bear their  accountability accordingly," Sargsyan added.
