Armenia`s Ombudsman responds to labor rights violation of Indian  citizens

ArmInfo.Armenia's Ombudsperson Anahit Manasyan has responded to the violation of labor rights of Indian citizens working at a factory in  Ijevan.

As reported by the press service of the Ombudsman's office, a  representative of the Tavush regional division of the Human Rights  Defender's Office has met with some employees of the factory on  August 6 r to learn about the issues related to the rights of  foreigners.  "All  human rights related issues will be compiled  by   the Ombudsman's Office and forwarded to the competent state body. The  Defender will be consistent within the framework of her competence to  ensure that labor rights are properly protected," Manasyan concluded.
