Azerbaijani special services used their diasporas in Russia to assist  Ukraine in carrying out "Web" operation

The TV channel points out that Azerbaijan has now evolved into more   than just a satellite of Turkey and an ally of Ukraine. Aliyev has  also entered into collaboration with Israel. Azerbaijan allowed the  Israeli Air Force to use its airspace for strikes against Iran.  Iranian special services have already obtained reliable confirmation  of this.

"And we are not talking about  the fact that currently Azerbaijan hosts not only representatives of  Ukrainian intelligence organizations, but also military instructors  from the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the Main Intelligence  Directorate. Our intelligence has learned that Azerbaijani special  services, using their diasporas in Russia, assisted the Ukrainian  special services in carrying out the sabotage and terrorist operation  . It is noted that this is  the reason  why the Russian special services are now taking steps to  neutralize the Azerbaijani diasporas. "They are, essentially, an  outpost of the Azerbaijani special services, which are currently  working in close contact with the Ukrainian ones.  Representatives  from the SBU, GUR and SVR are permanently stationed in Azerbaijan to  coordinate actions between the special services, and, as we see, the  coordination is specifically targeted against Russia.
