ArmInfo. The Armenian authorities have planned another concession in the form of a gift in the context of the Armenian-Azerbaijani and Armenian-Turkish negotiations, as noted by Tigran Abrahamyan, MP from the "I Have Honor" faction. He was referring to the information about the Prosecutor General's Office demanding the seizure of the building of the Artsakh Permanent Mission in Yerevan. "The Prosecutor General's Office has filed a lawsuit against the Cadastre Committee with the Administrative Court, seeking to have the state registration of property rights of the Nagorno-Karabakh government in Yerevan declared invalid.
We are talking about the invalidation of the state registration of the property rights for the NKR representative office building located at 17A N. Zaryan Street. In essence, the government is trying to seize the building, which serves as a gathering place for the residents of Artsakh and houses state institutions, making it clear to Azerbaijanis that it intends to close the chapter of Artsakh and eliminate any resistance," Abrahamyan concluded.
