Tavush for Motherland movement leader calls for gathering in front of  Armenian Parliament 

ArmInfo.. Bagrat Galstanyan has called on citizens to gather at 15:00 at the building of the National  Assembly, since a meeting of the RA National Assembly Council will take place at 16:00.

During the meeting of the Council, the issue of holding an  extraordinary meeting of Parliament will be discussed. The only issue  on the agenda will be an expression of no confidence in the Prime  Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan, which, as the leader of the  Movement noted, is the first step towards impeachment.

A member of the "Tavush for the Motherland" movement, a deputy from  the "Armenia" faction Garnik Danielyan considered it very realistic  to hold an extraordinary meeting with a positive outcome, since the  opposition's proposal is legal and quite logical.

At the same time, the deputy said that relatives of members of the  ruling party "Civil Contract" (GD) also participate in rallies of the  "Tavush for the Motherland" movement. "Their relatives say that they  (members of the State Duma) are prisoners and also do not agree with  what is happening," Danielyan said. Further quoting their words, he  said that the latter remain in the State Duma team due to threats and  blackmail.  "They also want as many people as possible to gather so  that they too can become part of these processes," the deputy added.

The leader of the movement "Tavush for the Name of the Motherland" .  Bagrat Galstanyan announced a 96-hour protest on June 9. The rally  moved to Baghramyan Avenue, where a tent city was set up. People  spend the night on the street. In addition, throughout the day,  actions of disobedience take place in the city, streets are blocked,  and processions are organized. The goal of all the actions is to  remove the current government of Armenia from power, led by Prime  Minister Nikol Pashinyan.
