982 cases of coronavirus infection confirmed in Armenia in 24 hours,  46 people died

ArmInfo.Over the past 24 hours, 10,870 coronavirus tests were carried out in Armenia, of which 982 citizens (9%) were diagnosed with the disease, 1,153 people  recovered, 46 died. According to the Ministry of Health, as of 11:00  on November 17, 23,856 patients are currently undergoing treatment.

The total number of cases when citizens were diagnosed with  coronavirus, but the cause of death was another disease, reached 1394  (0.4%).

Since the outbreak of the pandemic in Armenia, a total of 330,895  cases of coronavirus infection have been registered (14.6% of the  number of citizens who passed the test), while 298,492 people (90.2%)  recovered, 7153 (2.1%) died. A total of 2,271,138 coronavirus tests  were carried out in Armenia.
