43 people died from coronavirus in Armenia in 24 hours

ArmInfo. Over the past day, highest mortality rate from coronavirus  was registered in Armenia. According to data from the Ministry of Health, 43 people died from  the coronavirus yesterday. At the same time, 7,472 tests for  coronavirus were carried out, of which the disease was confirmed in  903 cases (12.1%), 897 people recovered.  As of 11:00am on October  12, 16,959 patients with COVID-19 are currently undergoing treatment.

In total, 1,818,603 coronavirus tests were carried out in the  country, of which 273,860 cases of coronavirus infection were  detected, (15.1%), while 250 055 people recovered (91.3%), the number  of deaths was 5 618 (2%).  In addition, a case was recorded yesterday  when a patient was diagnosed with a coronavirus, but death occurred  due to another illness. The total number of such cases reached 1228  (0.4%).
