Opinion: We need to prepare for sovereign decisions in Syunik and the  next early elections in Yerevan

ArmInfo. Half of the Armenian  society did not want to choose between "current exes" and "former  exes" and ignored the elections without choice, which speaks of its  adequacy. This means there is a high probability that destabilization  will be avoided. Artsakh security expert, former adviser to the  Artsakh Foreign Minister Hrachya Arzumanyan shares this opinion.  The  political scientist is convinced that the half of the society that  voted rather voted against than for - it was a negative election  campaign.

"They voted for Nikol Pashinyan so that Robert Kocharyan would not  pass and vice versa. I and not only me wrote more than once about  this. Pashinyan and Kocharyan are not identical, but "twin brothers.  " One can not win and simply cannot survive without the other. Now,  both of them found themselves chained together on the galley of the  Armenian parliament, and I am sure, both are happy.  As a result, we  have a government with weak legitimacy, which will not be able to  make sovereign decisions concerning the future of Armenia. This is  the government and parliament of post-Soviet times, the power of the  ingloriously deceased post-Soviet Armenia. And such power will be  engaged exclusively in the past and will be forced a little by the  present, but not by the future. The Armenian future will be laid in  "pawnshops" and in this matter the authorities and the opposition  will be united, "the expert stated.  At the same time, Arzumanyan is  convinced that the war of 2020 and the elections of 2021 are a  consequence of the alliance between the Russian Federation and  Turkey, and Kocharyan and Pashinyan are henchmen of the  Russian-Turkish alliance - two sides of the same coin.

"The election results are not only the achievement of Pashinyan  personally and his party, but also of the Armenian security  officials. After the elections, we can safely say that the security  forces of Armenia bear no less, but a greater responsibility for the  results of the war and the post-war period. Such a result of the war  and such power is the choice of the security officials. 

Another consequence was the burning in the "election fire" of all  "opposition parties" - from the so-called national parties to all  others. The Armenian political field was burnt out by the fire of the  elections, leaving only two forces that intend to conserve the ended  post-Soviet times. the language doesn't feel right to call these  "revolutionary" forces conservative,  it is necessary to choose  another word, "the Armenian expert added.

At the same time, Arzumanyan believes that the field is burnt out and  ready for newnseedlings, if you start sowing in a month or two, when  the heat subsides.

"There is an opportunity for a truly political thoughts, ideologies  and parties. There are certainly several really political parties,  but they are rather an exception that proves the rule.  Output. Three  political forces secured serious support from citizens: - Civil  Contract Party (53.9%) - Bloc <Armenia> (21%) - Bloc <I Have the  Honor!> (5.2%).

The Prosperous Armenia Party took the 4th place, which received 3.9%  of the votes. The rest of the political forces together collected  only 15.7%. Note that the "Civil Contract" party led by Nikol  Pashinyan won in all regions of Armenia, including Syunik and  Yerevan.
