On December 7, Ameriabank will launch the next tranches of bonds on  the market - AMD 5 billion and USD 15 million

ArmInfo. On December 7, Ameriabank will start placing the next registered, coupon and non-documentary bonds - AMD 5 bln and USD 15 mln. This is indicated  in the issue prospectuses of these issues posted on the website of  the Central Bank of Armenia, according to which the placement is  planned to be completed on February 19, 2021.

Within the framework of the dram tranche, 50 thousand bonds with a  par value of 100 thousand drams will be issued, and the dollar  tranche - 150 thousand bonds with a par value of $ 100. The coupon  yield on AMD bonds is set at 9.75%, and on USD bonds at 5%. The  periodicity of coupon payments for both tranches is provided once a  quarter. The full redemption of these issues is scheduled for March  7, 2023.  Those wishing to purchase bonds of these issues can  transfer funds to the corresponding accounts opened with Ameriabank:  for the AMD tranche - 1570043120372900, for the dollar tranche -  1570043100494501.  According to AMX, the stock exchange as of  December 3 of this year. 16 issues of Ameriabank bonds are quoted -  11 USD and 5 AMD. The total volume of the dollar issues is $ 90.710  million, and the AMD - 17.1 billion drams. The repayment of dollar  tranches will take place in 2021-2023: in May, September and November  2021 - four tranches; in February, June, July, October and December  2022 - six tranches; and in May 2023 - one tranche. And AMD tranches  will be repaid in September 2021 (one), in February, July and  November 2022 (four). With the placement of the above two tranches,  the volume of USD issues (already 12) quoted on the exchange will  reach $ 105.71 million, and AMD issues (already five) - 22.1 billion  AMD.

According to the Financial Rating of Banks of Armenia as of December  31, 2019, prepared by ArmInfo IC, Ameriabank is the leader in terms  of the amount of funds raised from the placement of corporate bonds -  54.6 billion drams or $ 113.8 million. In a three-year breakdown, the  bank has tripled this indicator.  Ameriabank accounted for about 30%  of the total volume of this indicator in the banking sector. By  October 1, 2020, the volume of funds attracted by Ameriabank from the  placement of corporate bonds reached 68.9 billion drams ($ 141  million), with an annual growth of 28.8%, for 9 months of this year.  by 26.2%, and only in the III quarter - by 25.5%.
