According to APA with reference to the Ombudsman's office, the main purpose of the visit was to familiarize with the conditions of detention and treatment, as well as to monitor the observance of the rights of the Armenian military serviceman Ghazaryan, who so far under unclear circumstances on the morning of August 12, 2019 switched to the Fizuli front line. "During a conversation with Kazaryan, through an interpreter, he said that he had undergone a medical examination, his health condition was normal, he was satisfied with the conditions of detention, treatment and food.
