Gagik Tsarukyan, the head of the Prosperous  Armenia Party, announced this on November 29 during a campaign in  Sisian. He noted that everyone has the right to present his election  program, and Tsarukyan also represents it. "Naturally, it is  difficult to achieve serious changes in the country with one charity.  But I think that nothing is impossible, because there were countries  in a very miserable state, the most important thing is to create an  effective program and consistently implement it", Tsarukyan said.

He also noted that in Armenia there is no banking system as such; it  is replaced by a pawnshop system. "If a person wants to take a loan,  then he must pledge something gold or real estate. And if the price  of real estate is $ 10 thousand, then you will receive only $ 3  thousand, while at a rate of 10, or even 14% per annum. Can you pay a  loan or not, the bank, in any case, loses nothing. If someone took  out a loan, then the annual profit in a normal business will not  exceed 6%, and how can he then close the loan at 12% per annum? It  turns out that you take a loan, you lose property ",  Tsarukyan  concluded.  In turn, political scientist Ara Papyapn during the  election campaign of the ''Sasna Tsrer ''party stated that it was  obvious that Nikol Pashinyan could not be firm in the question of  Artsakh, but representatives of the ''Sasna Tsrer'' party could. He  also noted that it is necessary to form such a parliament in which  there will be forces that can be a counterbalance to the authorities  and point the authorities to their mistakes.  .  In turn, Armen  Rustamyan, who heads the list of the ''ARF Dashnaktsutyun'' party,  noted that from the very beginning the election campaign was deployed  incorrectly. "If this continues in the future, then a verbal skirmish  will soon arise and passions will become too hot, which is  incompatible with the elections we are talking about", Rustamyan  said. Also, Rustamyan noted that the ARF cannot keep silent about  security-related issues. According to him, the authorities note that  the soldiers have no underwear, no decent food, and m acknowledge  that we have weakened the army. He said that if these allegations are  an attempt to look weak in the eyes of Azerbaijan, it is necessary to  take into account that Azerbaijan receive information not only from  the statements of representatives of official Yerevan.

Leader of the  ''Christian Democratic Renaissance'' party Levon  Shirinyan also presented his election program in Vanadzor the day  before. He noted that when choosing one or another political force,  one must be very careful, since at least new faces appeared in the  electoral list of the RPA, their essence remains the same. Shirinyan  also stated that for the development of the country a balanced  parliament is needed, in which there will be representatives of  various political forces. He also noted that the party he leads is an  alternative, but not an opposition.

The head of the "Orinats Yerkir" party Artur Baghdasaryan noted in  his speech that it is necessary to introduce a medical insurance  system in Armenia. He also said that one should abandon the  cumulative pension system and introduce the institution of providing  maternity capital.
