Haykak Arshamyan was appointed Director of Hayastan All-Armenian Fund

ArmInfo. Haykak Arshamyan was  appointed Director of the Hayastan All-Armenian Fund. On July 2 of  this year Haykak Arshamyan was appointed adviser to the Prime  Minister of Armenia.

Recall that on July 3, the director of the Hayastan Fund, Ara  Vardanyan, was detained by representatives of the National Security  Service. According to the NSS, the director of the fund under  pressure admitted that he owned the credit card granted to the fund  with a credit line of 25 million drams, which he used for personal  purposes, including during online casino betting. These were not the  funds of the fund, but the credit line allocated to him. Vardanyan  returned the money spent with the credit card before the commencement  of the proceedings. In consequence of this, on July 10 Ara Vardanyan  resigned.
