VTB Bank (Armenia) offers new opportunities for remote services

ArmInfo.VTB Bank (Armenia), expanding the range of remote services, offers customers new opportunities: order a call back from the Bank, order help or account  statements, automatically check the balance of the card account. The  press service of the Bank informed ArmInfo about this.

"Order a call" service: The order of a callback from the Bank will  greatly enhance the convenience of communication with the Bank and  will provide an opportunity for customers to save resources for a  call to the Bank. You can order a call from the Bank at a convenient  time for the client between 09:00 and 20:00 on working days and at  10: 00-17: 00 on Saturday not only in Armenia, but also from foreign  countries.

To order a callback, it is necessary to visit the Bank's website  www.vtb.am and fill out a short application, leaving the requisites  for the call (name, phone number and convenient time for the call).  The service "Order a call" customers can also use if they could not  reach the Bank, leaving an application for a callback on the Bank's  website, after which the operator immediately calls back.

"Order reference" service: From now on, you can order a statement and  a statement on the account by remote method at VTB Bank (Armenia).  You can order a statement or a statement on the account through the  Bank's website www.vtb.am, indicating in the request also a  convenient time and a branch for obtaining a ready reference (for  example, for submission to the embassy, etc.) or extracts.

To order a certificate or a statement to the client, it is necessary  to fill in an online application on the Bank's website www.vtb.am in  the section "Order online help / extract" and follow further  instructions that will take only a few seconds. After ordering the  certificate, the client can visit the branch at the time specified in  the application and immediately receive a ready-made certificate /  statement.

The tariff of this service is 1000 AMD in addition to the tariffs  applicable at the Bank for obtaining a certificate / statement. The  commission is held at the time of processing the request from the  account specified by the client.

"Card account balance verification" service: All the owners of VTB  Bank (Armenia) payment cards have the opportunity to control their  card accounts at any time of the day from anywhere in the world in  just a few seconds. To receive information on the real balance of the  card account, it is necessary to call the number of the processing  center of VTB Bank (Armenia) +374 10 56-07-08 and, following the  voice instructions, select the required menu in the tone mode, then  enter the 16-digit card number and bank password.

The voice menu service allows customers-holders of VTB Bank (Armenia)  plastic cards to provide prompt, free and safe information about the  status of the card account 24 hours a day without the need for  communication with the operator.
