ArmInfo. The owner of "Flash" Barsegh Beglaryan is suspected of arbitrariness. As the press service of the Investigative Committee of Armenia reports, a measure of  restraint in the form of a written undertaking not to leave the  country was chosen against him.

Within the framework of the criminal case data were received that the  owner of the "Flash" company Barsegh Beglaryan showed arbitrariness  committed with the use of violence or with the threat of its use.

As a result of investigative activities it was found out that the  founders of the Flash and Flash Motors companies and other officials  of the company, among other persons, also accused the esc-commercial  director of LLC Flash Motors and demanded to restore the alleged  property damage. Under the influence of threats and acts of violence,  the latter, having no other choice, mortgaged his apartment in April  2016, and transferred the pledge amount of 9.700.000 AMD to the  company.

The former commercial director was recognized as a victim, the  director of the "Flash" storehouse was questioned and on June 26, as  a measure of restraint, a recognizance not to leave was elected. It  is reported that, taking into account the fact that in the criminal  case the data on involvement in the use of violence by the  chairman-founder of the "Flash" LLC Barsegh Beglaryan were received,  on June 28 Barseghyan was summoned for questioning as a suspect. A  measure of restraint is chosen  recognizance not to leave the place.
