Week of Russian language started in Armenia

ArmInfo. In the period from 4 to 8 June 2018 in Armenia will host the Russian Language Week celebrations, dedicated to the great Russian poet, writer, founder of  the modern Russian literary language Alexander Pushkin.

According to the Russian Center for Science and Culture in Yerevan,  within the framework of the Week of the Russian Language,  certificates will be presented to the participants of the  international educational action "Total dictation", held on April 14  in Yerevan. The ceremonial events will be held at the Russian Center  of Science and Culture in Yerevan (June 4 at 16:30) and in the  Yerevan branch of the GV Vavilov Economic University after Plekhanov  (June 6 at 1:30 pm).

During the Week of the Russian language, an exhibition of books and  multimedia materials devoted to Pushkin.

June 5 at 13:00 in the Shirak regional library (Gyumri) will be  organized literary and musical composition "Lively talent, immortal  genius!" with the participation of students of the main school ь 6  named after AS.  Pushkin, Gyumri. The event will be opened by the 7th  Republican Festival of the Union of Pushkin Schools of Armenia under  the motto "My friends, our union is beautiful!". Then, in the Central  Park named after M.  Gorky in the city of Gyumri, flowers will be  laid on the monument to Pushkin.

June 5 at 15:00 in the branch of the RCSC in Gyumri will be held a  solemn ceremony of awarding certificates to Russian language teachers  and literature schools in Gyumri, who passed the refresher courses at  the Ural Federal University. June 6 at 11:00 in the main school  number 8 after Pushkin of Yerevan will celebrate the International  Day of the Russian Language, which will begin with the laying of  flowers at the monument to the great Russian poet. During the event,  the eighth graders will present literary composition "Pushkin in  translation Armenian poets and writers" in the framework of the VII  Republican Festival of the Union of Armenian Pushkin schools under  the motto "My friends, our beautiful union!".

June 6 at the Pushkin Pass in Lori region of Armenia will host the  XIII National Festival of Pushkin's poetry "He predicted a great way  of Russia", which will be attended by representatives of public  organizations of Russian compatriots, teachers, students, teachers,  and students. June 6 at 16:30 in the Art Center Mughdusyan held a  master class on painting "Tales of Pushkin." June 7 at 12:00 in the  library of the Yerevan State University of Languages and Social  Sciences named after Bryusov will open an exhibition of books by  leading Russian publishing houses, which Alexander Solzhenitsyn's  House of Russian Abroad donates to the Yerevan State University of  Languages and Social Sciences after Bryusov. Exhibit includes  classical and contemporary fiction, books on history, philosophy,  literature, art, culture, publication, telling about modern Russia,  dictionaries and textbooks on the Russian language.

June 8 at 14:00 the main school number 4 them. A.S. Pushkin of the  city of Vanadzor, Lori region, will take the baton of the festival of  the Union of Pushkin Schools of Armenia. Students of the school will  perform with the theatrical performance "Pushkin in the Lyceum".

On June 8 at 15:30 an open lesson on the fairy tale "Yabloko"  dedicated to the 115th anniversary of the birth of VG will be held at  the RCSC in Yerevan. Suteev, with the participation of students of  Russian language courses under the programs "Teremok" and "Steps". On  June 8 at 18:45 a thematic lesson dedicated to the Day of Russia will  be held at the RCSC in Yerevan. Participants will be students of  Russian language courses on the program "Communication". In schools  named after Pushkin, traditional celebration of the winners of the  Republican Olympiad in the Russian language of 2017/2018 academic  year will take place.
