It turned  out that a resident of Artavan village on his faulty car VAZ 21011  without state licensees for a month traveled to these areas of the  community, which caused the ignition of the grass cover on the site  called the "first brigade", then the fire spread to the community of  Zaritap and the territories of the leshoz Saravan 300 hectares).  Based on the evidence received, the citizen of Artavan village is  charged on the grounds of articles 186, part 2 and 297 of the RA  Criminal Code.
