


ArmInfo. A sum of 2,490,000 drams will be returned to the state. The prosecutor's office's justified demand to protect state interests has been satisfied, as reported by the press service of the supervisory body.
According to the source, the Anti-Corruption Court, in its decision dated June 23, 2026, granted the General Prosecutor's Office's motion and invalidated a land sale and purchase agreement for a 261.5- square-meter plot located at 61/11 Tsarav Aghbyur Street, Yerevan, signed on December 23, 2012.
Given the impossibility of returning the aforementioned land plot following the entry into force of the court's decision, the individual in question will return the difference in the market value of the property at the time of acquisition to the state as part of a bilateral restitution, amounting to 2.49 million drams.
