


ArmInfo. The final pre-election rally of the Civil Contract party, featuring its candidate for Prime Minister, Nikol Pashinyan, has commenced at Republic Square in Yerevan.
During the rally, party representatives focused heavily on the opposition, asserting that Armenia has never before witnessed such an extensive opposition-led "agency network." Additionally, speakers took aim at the leader of the "Strong Armenia" bloc, Samvel Karapetyan—intentionally avoiding addressing him by name—and declaring that "the era of oligarchs in this country is over." The political force's speeches were predominantly centered around allegations directed at their political opponents.
Recall, the official campaigning period for the political forces participating in the parliamentary elections concludes on June 5. The election campaign initially launched on May 8, leading up to the parliamentary elections scheduled for June 7, 2026. A total of 18 political forces—consisting of 2 blocs and 16 parties— are contesting the elections.
As of May 29, 2026, the total number of voters included in the electoral registry is 2,485,232. Within this figure, the number of voters registered directly at polling stations totaled 22,742, unregistered voters accounted for 492, and the number of voters with mobility impairments stood at 8. Voting will be conducted across 2,005 polling stations.
