ArmInfo. The leader of the Wings of Unity party and former Armenian Ombudsman Arman Tatoyan did not rule out cooperation with Samvel Karapetyan's "Strong Armenia" and second president Robert Kocharyan's "Armenia" blocs if they enter parliament following the June 7 elections.
He stated this during the pre-election debates of the leading political forces participating in the elections, broadcast on the Public Television of Armenia. "The issue of cooperation with the Strong Armenia party and the Armenia bloc can be discussed. We will not elect Nikol Pashinyan as prime minister and will under no circumstances allow the Civil Contract party to remain in power in Armenia. We will not elect Robert Kocharyan as prime minister. Samvel Karapetyan cannot hold this position due to constitutional restrictions. It is absolutely certain that there will be no situation where the change of power fails because of us," Tatoyan noted.
As a reminder, the elections will be held on June 7. Eighteen political forces, including Pashinyan's party, are participating.
