ANC: Main disruptor of Armenia`s foreign policy balance delivering  lecture on `balancing`

ArmInfo.The main disruptor of Armenia's foreign policy balance, Nikol Pashinyan, with his primitive notions of gravity, is delivering an entire lecture on "balancing." This was stated by Levon Zurabyan, candidate for Prime Minister of the Armenian National Congress (ANC), in response to the Armenian Prime Minister's statements today about the balanced and measured policies of the Armenian government. 

"The main disruptor of Armenia's foreign policy balance, the one who  dragged us into a proxy war between the West, Russia, and Iran, the  uninvited architect of the looming energy and economic collapse due  to the severance of relations with Russia, Nikol Pashinyan, with his  primitive notions of gravity, is delivering an entire lecture on  'balance,'" Zurabyan wrote on his Facebook page.

He described it as "like a serial rapist delivering lessons in  morality and kindness."

"Regarding the creation of artificial intelligence centers and  science funding, we also advocate for cooperation with the United  States in this area, but we are talking about more important  strategic approaches, namely, sovereign artificial intelligence and  public funding for research and development by private companies that  are not only at the forefront of science but also at the forefront of  technology," the ANC representative added.
