Court extends Igor Sargsyan`s house arrest for another two months

ArmInfo. An Armenian court has extended the house arrest of Igor Sargsyan, a member of the ARF Dashnaktsutyun Supreme Body and parliamentary candidate from the Armenia bloc, who is a defendant in the Sacred Struggle case.

Judge Karen Farkhoyan made the decision during a hearing on May 21, rejecting Sargsyan's defense's motion to change his pretrial detention.  "Extend the house arrest for another two months," the judge read out the decision.
