Team Holding Announces the Launch of the Third and Final Placement Phase of USD Bonds. Underwriter - Freedom Broker Armenia

ArmInfo. Team Holding today announced the launch of the third and final tranche of its registered coupon-bearing USD bond offering. The announcement marks the conclusion of a placement process that has drawn considerable interest from both domestic and international investors.

The first two tranches closed ahead of schedule, fueled by strong investor demand and sustained market confidence. Throughout the process, Team Holding bonds have generated significant activity across a broad base of local and international investors.

The placement is being conducted through Freedom Broker Armenia, ensuring a fully transparent process in line with international standards.

The terms of the third and final placement phase of the USD bonds are as follows: total nominal volume — USD 12.5 million, nominal value per bond — USD 100, coupon yield — 8.65%, circulation period — 48 months. Coupon payments will be made on a semi-annual basis.

Proceeds from the placement will be deployed by Team Holding to advance its core strategic priorities, including infrastructure development, the introduction of innovative solutions, and improving the financing efficiency of ongoing projects.

The total amount of the bond program is USD 31,500,000 and AMD 1.4 billion. The bond program prospectus was registered by the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia under Decision No. 1/417A dated November 19, 2025.
