Invited to the ENP summit are 27 EU member states, as well as Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Canada, Georgia, Iceland, Kosovo, Liechtenstein, Moldova, Monaco,
Montenegro, North Macedonia, Norway, San Marino, Serbia, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, and the United Kingdom. At the time of publication, no information was available regarding the participation of representatives from Azerbaijan and Turkey. However, the state-run Anadolu Agency previously reported that Turkey would participate through Vice President Cevdet Y?lmaz.
It was previously reported that the eighth meeting of the European Political Community (EPC) would bring together leaders from across the continent in Yerevan under the motto "Building the Future: Unity and Stability in Europe."
