ArmInfo.In the new post-election situation, official Yerevan is now in a position to argue more substantively that the peace process with Azerbaijan  should proceed without the precondition of a domestic constitutional  referendum.

ArmInfo. Opposition MP Gegham Manukyan from the Armenia faction reported that he sent a request to Andranik Simonyan, Director of the National Security Service (NSS), asking him to clarify how a video recording from the specially protected zone, recorded by a camera installed at the RA NSS border checkpoint at Zvartnots Airport, appeared on the Telegram page of the  daily newspaper "Haykakan Zhamanak," owned by the Pashinyan family.

Heritage Party leader Raffi Hovhannisyan wrote this on his Facebook page, reacting to the Central  Electoral Commission (CEC) of Armenia's announcement of the final  results of the parliamentary elections held in the country on June 7.

ArmInfo.  The Central Electoral Commission (CEC) of Armenia issued a lengthy statement regarding its refusal to schedule re-runs at three polling stations where the parliamentary election results were previously annulled. As a result, Gagik Tsarukyan's Prosperous Armenia party failed to enter parliament by a mere 160 votes. As a result, the picture of the new parliament  has taken on a completely different appearance. The CEC of Armenia  stated that they should not automatically schedule re-runs after the  annulment of the voting results at any polling station.

ArmInfo.  The international interpretation of the recent parliamentary elections in Armenia has proven dangerously superficial. Most foreign media presented the elections as a simple geopolitical standoff between a pro-Western  government and a supposedly pro- Russian opposition. This narrative  may be convenient for foreign audiences, but it is deeply misleading,  turning a profound national crisis into a diplomatic slogan, thereby  ignoring the true meaning of what happened.
