Բանկերը շարունակում են արտարժույթի միջբանկային շուկայում ԿԲ-ից գնել ողջ ծավալը`փոքր գործառնություններ իրականացնելով արտարժույթի բորսայական հարթակում, ինչը չի զսպում դրամն արժեզրկումից: Այսօր Հայաստանի արտարժույթի միջբանկային շուկայում Կենտրոնական բանկի կողմից առաջարկված 2 մլն. դոլարը մասնակիցները գնել են ամբողջությամբ`468,08 դրամ/$1 միջին կշռված (ինդիկատիվ) փոխարժեքով, իսկ նվազագույն սահմանային փոխարժեքը կազմել 467,25 դրամ/$1: Ըստ որում, ՆԱՍԴԱՔ ՕԷՄԷՔՍ Արմենիա բորսայում դեկտեմբերի 27-ին իրականացվել է $400 հազարի գործարք`470 դրամ/$1 փոխարժեքով:

Ընդհանուր առմամբ, ամենօրյա միջամտությունների ընթացքում` դեկտեմբերի 8-27-ը ներառյալ, արտարժույթի միջբանկային շուկայում Կենտրոնական բանկը մասնակից-բանկերին վաճառել է 54.7 մլն դոլար, ընդ որում, դեկտեմբերի 8-12-ը` օրական 6 մլն.դոլար, իսկ դեկտեմբերի 15-17-ը` օրական 4 մլն.դոլար, դեկտեմբերի 20-ին վաճառել է 1.7 մլն. դոլար, 22-ին`1 մլն.դոլար, դեկտեմբերի 23-27-ը` 2-ական մլն.դոլար: Այդ ընթացքում ինդիկատիվ փոխարժեքը 456,63 դրամից փոփոխվել է մինչև 570,58 դրամ /դոլար, այնուհետև դեկտեմբերի 20-ին
իջել է մինչև 446.76 /դոլար, բայց դեկտեմբերի 22-ից բարձրացել է`դեկտեմբերի 27-ին կազմելով 468,08 դրամ/$1, իսկ նվազագույն սահմանային փոխարժեքը` 455 դոլարից մինչև 567,65 դրամ /դոլար, որից հետո դեկտեմբերի 20-ին իջել է մինչև 445 դրամ/դոլար, բայց դեկտեմբերի 27-ին բարձրացել է մինչև 467,25 դրամ/$1:

Հայաստանի արտարժույթի մանրածախ շուկայում դրամը դոլարի նկատմամբ հոկտեմբերից մինչև դեկտեմբերի 17-ը ներառյալ արժեզրկվել է 45%, այնուհետև, դեկտեմբերի 18-20-ն արժեվորվել 25%, իսկ դեկտեմբերի 22-ին կրկին սկսել է արժեզրկվել: Մասնավորապես, դեկտեմբերի 27 –ին`16:00-ին դրամի փոխարժեքը դոլարի նկատմամբ կազմել է 470 դրամ/դոլար, եվրոն` 574 դրամ / եվրո, ռուսական ռուբլին` 8,7  դրամ /ռուբլի: Համեմատության համար նշենք, որ դեկտեմբերի 20-ին մանրածախ շուկայում այդ փոխարժեքները համապատասխանաբար կազմել են` 455 դրամ / դոլար, 555 դրամ /եվրո և 7.8 դրամ / ռուբլի, դեկտեմբերի 17-ի`570 /դոլարի, 712 դրամ /եվրոյի և 8,6 մլրդ դրամ / ռուբլու համեմատ: Բանկերի օպտիմալ փոխարժեքները դեկտեմբերի 27-ին կազմել է` դոլարի համար – առավելագույն առքը - 463 դրամ / դոլար իսկ նվազագույն վաճառքը - 469 դրամ / դոլար, եվրոյի համար` առավելագույն առքը – 565 դրամ / եվրո, նվազագույն վաճառքը - 573 դրամ /եվրո և ռուբլու համար` առավելագույն առքը – 8,42  դրամ / ռուբլի և նվազագույն վաճառքը – 8,9 դրամ/ռուբլի:

Արտարժույթի միջբանկային շուկայում ՀՀ Կենտրոնական բանկը միջամտոմ է դեկտեմբերի 8-ից, արժույթի շուկայում հավասարակշռությունը վերականգնելու, արտարժույթի փոխարժեքի տատանումները մեղմելու և շուկայում ստեղծված իրավիճակը նորմալացնելու նպատակով: Նախատեսվում է, որ ԿԲ աստիճանաբար կփոքրացնի միջամտոթյան ծավալները, մինչև շուկայում դրամի փոխարժեքի հավասարակշռության ձևավորումը: Մասնավորապես, դեկտեմբերի 8-12-ն ամենօրյա միջամտությունների ծավալը կազմել է 6 մլն.դոլար, որից հետո, որից հետո` 4 մլն.դոլար, իսկ այնուհետև` 2 մլն.դոլար օրական: Դրան զուգահեռ, դեկտեմբերի 17-ին ԿԲ խստացրեց արտարժույթով ներգրավված միջոցների պարտադիր պահուստավորման նորմատիվը` 12%-ից մինչև 24%, ընդ որում, բանկերը ՙպահուստային՚ միջոցները ԿԲ-ում ամբողջությամբ կտեղաբաշխեն ՀՀ դրամով: Իսկ մինչ այդ, դեկտեմբերի 3-ին ԿԲ լոմբարդային ռեպորները 10.25%-ից բարձրացրեց մինչև 21%: ԿԲ կուլմինացիոն քայլը դարձավ դեկտեմբերի 23-ին վերաֆինանսավորման տոկոսադրույքի բարձրացումը` 6.75%-ից մինչև 8.5%:

Նշենք, որ մանրածախ արտարժույթի շուկայում դեկտեմբերի 27-ին`ժամը 16:00-ին, փոխանակման կետերում դոլարի առք/վաճառքի փոխարժեքը կազմել է 465/475  դրամ / դոլար, եվրոն` 564/584  դրամ / եվրո, իսկ ռուսական ռուբլին` 8,3/9,1  դրամ / ռուբլի: ՆԱՍԴԱՔ ՕԷՄԷՔՍ Արմենիա ֆոնդային բորսայում հունիսից մինչև դեկտեմբերի 27-ը ներառյալ կատարված արտարժութային գործարքների ծավալը կազմել է 406.6 մլն.դոլար, իսկ փոխարժեքը 407.14 դրամ/դոլարից ցատկել է մինչև 560 դրամ / դոլար, որից հետո իջել մինչև 442.44 դրամ /դոլար, ինչից հետո դեկտեմբերի 20-ից կրկին բարձրացում է դիտվել`դեկտեմբերի 27-ին հասնելով 470 դրամ/$1-ի: Այդ ծավալներից, ի դեպ, 117 մլն.դոլարի գործարքները տեղի են ունեցել միայն նոյեմբերին: Արտարժույթի միջբանկային շուկան դեկտեմբերի 1-5-ը ցուցադրեց աննախադեպ բարձր ցուցանիշ` 59.3 մլն դոլար, որից հետո, սկսած դեկտեմբերի 8-ից, սկսվել են Կենտրոնական բանկի ամենօրյա միջամտությունները:
