Ռուսաստանցի քաղաքագետ. Պուտինը կարող է ճանաչել ԼՂՀ և սահմանափակ զորակազմ մտցնել

 ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը կարող է ճանաչել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը  և սահմանափակ զորակազմ մտցնել: Այդպիսի կարծիք է
հայտնել ռուսաստանցի քաղաքագետ Ստանիսլավ Բելկովսկին Vesti.az կայքում հրապարակված հարցազրույցում։


 


Բելկովսկու
ասելով, այժմ Պուտինն զբաղված է բացառապես Ուկրաինայով։ Նրա խնդիրն է արդյունավետ վերահսկողություն հաստատել Դոնեցկի և Օդեսայի միջև գոտում՝ Մերձդնեստրի անկախության ճանաչմամբ։ «Եթե դա հաջողվի, նա իր հայացքը կուղղի հետխորհրդային մյուս տարածքներին։ Կարծում եմ՝ կճանաչի Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի անկախությունն ու այնտեղ սահմանափակ զորակազմ կմտցնի։ Հաղթանակի զգացողությունից զատ նա, զուտ գործնական առումով, կարժանանա նաև ողջ աշխարհի հայկական սփյուռքի աջակցությանը։ Բանն այն է, որ այսօր մենք գործ ունենք մեկ այլ Պուտինի հետ։ Նա այն չէ, ինչ՝ անցյալում։ Նրա ռազմավարությունը որակապես փոխվել է։ Նա այլևս չի պատրաստվում ընկերություն անել Արևմուտքի հետ ու երաշխավորել ռուսաստանյան էլիտայի շահերն Արևմուտքում, ինչով զբաղված էր 2000-2013 թվականներին։ Նա մտադիր է Ռուսաստանը վերածել «աշխարհի հատուկ շրջանի»՝ ճանապարհին հավաքելով նախկին ԽՍՀՄ-ի այն հատվածները, որտեղ նրա ազդեցությունն այսօր էլ մեծ է», -
նշել է փորձագետը։


 


Նա
ընդսմին կարծում է, որ Պուտինն Ադրբեջանի դեմ չի պատերազմի, դա անիմաստ է։ Պարզապես, սառը խաղաղություն կլինի՝ Ռուսաստանի կողմից ԼՂՀ ճանաչման ֆոնին։ Իսկ ահա Հայաստանը, նշել
է քաղաքագետը, կմիանա Մաքսային միությանը։ Պուտինը ելնում է այն
բանից, որ Ադրբեջանը միայնակ ի զորու չի լինի փոխել այդ իրավիճակը, իսկ Թուրքիան չի պատերազմի։ ԱՄՆ-ն՝ առավել ևս, հատկապես՝ հաշվի առնելով հայկական սփյուռքի գործոնը։ «Եթե նայենք Ադրբեջանի տեսանկյունից, ապա պետք է անհապաղ միանալ ՆԱՏՕ-ին։ Բայց Ռուսաստանի հետ բացահայտ առճակատումը բոլորովին ձեռնտու չէ։ Պահանջվում են սառը, գործնական
քայեր, այլ ոչ թե՝ լայն ժեստեր», - ասել է Բեկլովսկին։


 



Նա միևնույն ժամանակ կարծում է, որ նույնիսկ ՆԱՏՕ-ին Ադրբեջանի անդամակցության դեպքում հազիվ թե դաշինը ձգտի հասնել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի վերադարձին Ադրբեջանի կազմ, ՆԱՏՕ-ի
աջակցությունը կպահանջվի միայն Ադրբեջանի պաշտպանության, այլ ոչ՝ Ղարաբաղի վրա հարձակման համար: Բելկովսկին համոզված է, որ հանուն Լեռնային
Ղարաբաղի ռուսական բանակի դեմ չի պատերազմի նաև Թուրքիան: «Քաղաքականապես և տնտեսապես, անկասկած, Թուրքիան կպաշտպանի Բաքվին։ Սակայն ողջ հարցն այն է, թե արդյոք թուրքական բանակը պատրաստ է հարձակողական պատերազմի, հատկապես այն իրավիճակում, երբ հակառակ կողմում լինի Ռուսաստանը։ Չեմ կարծում», - նշել է Բելկովսկին:
